Summer Camp Instructor
We are now accepting applications to join our summer team and are looking for individuals willing to work in an exciting, high energy, scientific environment. Each summer we serve hundreds of preschool and school aged kids through dozens of summer camps. Topics vary on everything from kitchen chemistry, to animal science, to engineering.

Field Trip Interns
The Science Zone is currently accepting intern applications for the Spring of 2018. Eligible interns must be declared majors in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, or other science subject at Casper College of UW-Casper and in good academic standing.
Interns will become an integral part of The Science Zone’s vibrant field trip program and will be expected to work 6-10 hours per week. Responsibilities include planning and teaching hands-on, inquiry-based science lessons to elementary school aged students. Eligible interns will receive an hourly wage and may be considered to receive academic credit upon successful completion of the internship.

The Science Zone is accepting applications for an enthusiastic and innovative educator to join its team. This individual will be primarily responsible for developing and delivering engaging and hands-on after school programs to middle school youth as well as teaching field trips on-site and in-school to students from preschool through high school during the school day.
Ideal candidates would be available to be scheduled on weekdays between 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM throughout the school year and summer months. This position is hourly, non-benefited and individuals can expect to work 20 hours per week guaranteed year round, and up to 40 hours weekly pending successful performance. Starting salary is $14/hr depending on qualifications.

Professional Science Council
Looking for a fun volunteer opportunity? Look no further! Our Professional Science Council members serve the Science Zone by leading birthday parties, running special events, and more! High school and College Students, this is a great opportunity to volunteer at a non-profit, gain incredible work experience, and do fun science experiments like making slime and homemade ice cream with liquid nitrogen! We do have stipends available for those who are motivated and work hard!
